Frequently asked.
Who can open a BINKPAY account?+
BINK is in early access. Accounts are designed for adults aged 18+ residing in Egypt with a valid national ID, and for UAE residents with AED-primary accounts. BINK is not yet licensed; regulated services will be provided through licensed partners.
How long does KYC take?+
It depends on the review. Submit your national ID front + back, plus a selfie, from the dashboard.
Are P2P transfers really free?+
Yes — sending money between BINKPAY users is always free, regardless of currency or amount. Only currency conversion carries a small spread.
How do recharge codes work?+
A BINK recharge code (BINK-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is a one-time code with a fixed value. Authorised merchants can sell them; you redeem the code in your dashboard and the value is credited to your balance.
Is the virtual Visa card really usable online?+
Card issuing is not live yet. When it is, cards will be issued through licensed partners and the virtual Visa card is designed to work online wherever Visa is accepted, with freeze/unfreeze and a monthly spend limit.
What happens if I lose my phone?+
Login from any device, then visit Settings → Sessions to revoke the lost device. We also support account recovery via verified email + ID re-check.
